Digital Products (Audiobooks and eBooks)

Instant Access: Our digital products, including audiobooks and eBooks, do not require shipping. Once you've completed your purchase, you'll receive an email with a link to download your product. This means instant access to your new adventure, anytime, anywhere!

Print Products

Shipping Information:
At this time, print books are only shipped within the continental U.S. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on location.

Processing Time: We aim to process and ship your print book orders within 8-10 business days. However, as all our print products are fulfilled by third-party distributors, there may be occasions where print times are extended. This is out of our control, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

Shipping Time: After your order is processed, the shipping time will depend on your selected shipping method and your location.

 

Extended Print Times: We understand the excitement of receiving a new book. Please contact us if your order hasn't arrived within two weeks of your purchase date. We're here to ensure your satisfaction and will help track your order down. Please be aware that all our books are printed on demand by a third party, and occasionally, they become backlogged, which can extend delivery time.

 

Return and Exchange Policy: Please note that because all print products are print-on-demand, Collette Cameron Books does not accept returns or exchanges for undamaged books. See our complete Refund Policy

 

If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. With proof of damage, we will be happy to help you arrange a onetime per customer in-store credit if your order was fulfilled by another printer.
